By creating an account, accessing the Services, or continuing to use the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy).

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

Trustvane provides business-focused tools and resources, including but not limited to:

Business Credit Reporting

As part of delivering the Services, Trustvane may report your membership payment activity to business credit bureaus. Reporting is not guaranteed and may vary based on bureau requirements, data accuracy, and your account standing. You acknowledge that credit reporting is a byproduct of the Services and not a guaranteed outcome.

3. Accounts

To use the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to:

4. Membership, Billing, and Payment Terms

Automatic Renewal

Paid memberships renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize Trustvane and its payment processors to charge your payment method for recurring fees.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account’s billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by law.

Payment Obligations

You agree to pay all fees associated with your membership. Failure to pay may result in suspension of Services, late fees, or reporting of delinquent payment behavior to business credit bureaus.

Changes to Pricing

Trustvane may modify pricing or membership tiers. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to future billing cycles.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. Misuse includes, but is not limited to:

6. Intellectual Property

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Trustvane does not guarantee:

Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.

Trustvane may update these Terms periodically. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date will be revised. Significant changes may be communicated through email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
